We substitute brown sugar for standard cane sugar and take the time to dry-burn, or gently caramelize it until the brown sugar gently smokes and turns a dark brown color, creating a depth in molasses flavor only this method can produce.
PACIFIC COAST SEA SALT
We use salt harvested off of the pacific coast in this caramel sauce, and we use just enough to give way to saltiness, but not overpowered by it. We use dairy from WA state farms and as always, this is made with human arms, dry-burned over a copper pot.

SHIPPING: All orders that include our Molten Chocolate Cakes must ship 2-day, because they are a frozen product. These orders ship out weekly, Monday-Wednesday, on ice packs, from our kitchen in Seattle. Orders must be placed by 11:00am PST on Wednesdays to be shipped that Wednesday, otherwise they will ship the following week. Unless you are going to consume your cakes immediately upon arrival, they need to be returned to the freezer until you are ready to enjoy them.
