Yes! We're available via Uber Eats.

Can I find your retail products at any stores in my city?

Maybe! You can check out our list of stockists. We also ship nationwide via our website, here

I ordered for Nationwide Shipping. When will my order arrive?

We ship our orders out every Wednesday. Orders must be placed by Tuesday night at 11:59pm PST to be included in Wednesdays' shipments. Orders placed later than the cutoff will ship the following Wednesday. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Why is shipping so expensive?

We ship our molten cakes via Fedex 2-day shipping (and sometimes 1-day if we are concerned about heat), on ice packs, wrapped in thermal wrap. The shipping cost reflects the true cost of shipping including the packaging needed to ensure that the product arrives safe for consumption.

I left my Take & Bake cakes out over night. Are they safe to eat?

Our cakes need to be refrigerated or frozen, so unfortunately, no.

Do you have any job openings?

You can check our our careers page to see what we are currently hiring for!

Do you make birthday cakes?

We do not make your traditional birthday cake, however we do believe that molten cakes are perfect for celebrating birthdays! Here in our restaurants we can serve them with birthday candles - just ask!

Do you make anything that is vegan or gluten free?

Yes, we do! Everything is clearly labeled on our menu to designate if it is dairy free, gluten free, or vegan. It also says if something can be modified to be made so. Please note that we do use dairy, eggs, wheat, and nuts in our kitchens. We follow sanitation protocols to avoid any cross-contamination.
