Ingredients
12 ounces Hot Cakes Pacific Sea Salt Caramel Sauce (try 8 ounces first to test)
1 cup water
½ cup vinegar
½ cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp mustard
1 tsp pepper
½ tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 large onions diced
2 tbsp unsalted butter
5g salt
1 cup catsup
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp smoke
Method
Combine the following and simmer for 20-30 minutes or until onions are transparent.
1 cup water
½ cup vinegar

Add the below ingredients into the mixture above, bring to a boil and cool. Blend or mash until desired consistency:
1 cup catsup
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp smoke
